What is our Return Policy?
Global Equipment Exporters delivers 100% satisfaction - guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice for a refund. You may also return items for exchange as well. Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order was damaged or incorrect.
Items that are returned must be in their original saleable condition to receive full credit. Refunds and/or credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged during shipping due to product defects, we will replace the damaged product at no cost to you. If you receive your order and it is incorrect or missing merchandise, then we will send out the correct or missing product and in some situations, ask that you return to us the product you received in error. In all cases, we will ensure the correct product is entered into our system and shipped to you.

No returns of wearable products such bearings, belts or electrical components will be accepted unless they are in resellable condition.
Return and Exchange Instructions
All return and exchanges must include a completed Return and Exchange Form. You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been received and a credit or exchange is being processed.
Orders returned without a completed Return and Exchange Form and/or returned beyond 30 days, will not be available for exchange or credit.
