Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to PO boxes. All orders require a physical address for delivery.
What methods are available and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will be shipped via UPS. Depending on the weight, it may take multiple shipping boxes. Global Equipment Exporters reserves the right to change shipping carriers without notice. After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation. Please review and contact us if any changes need to be made. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed in our warehouse.
When your order is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information. This informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.
Ground orders are generally processed Monday-Friday within 24 hours of the time the order is placed, with the exception of holidays. All orders are subject to product availability.
Any UPS expedited order placed by 3PM EST will ship the same day depending on product availability.
UPS Ground delivers within 5 business days to most locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Standard delivers within 5 business days to most locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Next Day Air AM is guaranteed to arrive the next business day between 8-10 AM by UPS. This service may not be available in all areas including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed to arrive the next business day between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM to most locations. Service may be limited in some locations including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed to deliver by the end of the next business day. Delivery to residential locations will be later than to business locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to deliver on the second business day to most locations. Service may be limited in some locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS 3 Day Select is guaranteed to deliver by the end of the 3rd business day. This method is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS guarantees delivery as stated on expedited orders only. UPS and Global Equipment Exporters do not guarantee delivery when delays are beyond UPS control due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or mechanical failure.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary and are based on the shipping method you select, the weight of the order, the size of the order, and zip code destination. You can determine your shipping costs before completing your order. Once the items are in the shopping cart, click on "determine shipping charges." Note: Effective January 25, 2015, UPS has changed the way they calculate shipping costs. The new UPS policy is based on the dimensional weight of the
carton being shipped. Global Equipment Exporters will notify you if the
freight is higher than the online store has calculated. We're sorry for
the inconvenience that UPS has caused you.
